HCMS provides a unique service to assess the capability of your recruiters and your entire recruitment team. Recruiters are asked to complete a self-assessment, based on psychometrically proven situational judgement tests that asses their core strengths and development opportunities. The recruiters are asked a series of hypothetical questions and are required to select the most appropriate answer.
